NAK99 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Entertainment Platform Terms of Use

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and use the nak99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. nak99 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to close any account found to be non-compliant.

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Nak99 strictly prohibits the use of the platform by underage individuals. Should nak99 determine that an account is held by a minor, the account will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been ordered by a court or any legislative body to refrain from gambling activities are not eligible to register.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on nak99. Owning multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and funds forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. Submitting false or misleading information is a violation of these terms.
• Permitted regions: nak99 serves Malaysian players. Accessing the service from regions where it is explicitly prohibited by local law is entirely the user's own responsibility.

The nak99 registration process is designed to be simple and quick, but it requires accurate and truthful information. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within your nak99 account.

During registration, you are required to:

• Provide your full name as stated on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or valid passport
• Provide an active Malaysian phone number for OTP verification
• Providing a valid, active email address that you control
• Setting a strong password for your account

Account security responsibility:

• You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nak99 account password. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Nak99 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If anyone claims to be nak99 and requests your password, it is a fraudulent attempt – report it to nak99 support immediately.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact nak99 support immediately to have your account temporarily frozen.
• Nak99 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Identity verification (KYC): Nak99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Nak99 accepts deposits via a variety of secure and trusted Malaysian payment methods. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

Deposit conditions:

• The minimum deposit is RM20 for most payment methods.
• All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Nak99 strictly prohibits the use of third-party accounts for deposit purposes.
• Nak99 does not accept payments in the form of cryptocurrency, cheques, or cash.
• Nak99 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, the payment provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond nak99's control.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within a few minutes. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact nak99 support with a screenshot as proof of payment.
• Nak99 reserves the right to decline or return any deposit suspected of originating from fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Nak99 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and transparently. Your winnings belong to you, and we will never withhold or delay a withdrawal without a valid, clearly stated reason.

Withdrawal conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, and must be in the same name as the nak99 member's account.
• Before a first withdrawal can be processed, nak99 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) to ensure account security.
• Successful withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. During peak periods or due to technical reasons, processing may take up to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals that require additional review (e.g. winnings exceeding RM10,000 or a first withdrawal from a new account) may take up to 24 hours for verification before being processed.
• Nak99 does not charge any processing fees on standard withdrawals.

Circumstances under which a withdrawal may be temporarily withheld:

• Bonus rollover requirements have not been fully met
• Incomplete identity verification (KYC)
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• An active dispute related to the account is under investigation
• Technical failures by third-party providers (payment providers) beyond nak99's control

If your withdrawal is placed on hold, nak99 support will contact you via your registered email or phone number to explain the reason and any action required. Nak99 is committed to resolving all legitimate withdrawal issues within 48 business hours.

Nak99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to enhance the member experience. All bonuses are subject to the specific conditions stated in each promotional offer, as well as the following general terms.

General bonus terms:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• Nak99 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being claimed fraudulently, including through the use of multiple accounts or false information.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be played through according to the stated rollover requirement before they can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• The standard rollover requirement for most nak99 bonuses is between 8x to 30x depending on the bonus type. Specific rollover requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Not all games contribute equally toward meeting rollover requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, Live Casino contributes 15–25%, and Sports Betting contributions vary depending on the bet type.
• Unused bonuses that are not utilised within the specified validity period will expire automatically without notice.
• Nak99 reserves the right to modify, withdraw or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

• Final decision: All game results recorded by the nak99 system are final and binding, unless a verifiable technical error is proven to have affected the outcome.
• Technical errors: In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, nak99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to your account balance. Winnings resulting from a clear technical error will not be paid out.
• Betting limits: Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits that must be observed. These limits are clearly displayed within each game's interface.
• Internet connection: Members are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection while playing. nak99 is not liable for any losses resulting from connection disruptions on the member's end.
• Slots games: All slots use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). No system or strategy can guarantee winnings. The RTP percentages shown are based on long-term statistical averages.
• Live Casino: Outcomes in Live Casino games are determined by the actions of a physical dealer, visible in real time via live video. Any dispute regarding a result may be referred to the session recording retained by nak99.
• Sports Betting: All sports odds are subject to change until a bet is accepted and confirmed. Nak99 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet placed at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nak99 platform. Violating any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and appropriate legal action.

• Money laundering: Using the nak99 platform for money laundering or transferring funds derived from illegal activities is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Fraud & manipulation: Any attempt to defraud the nak99 system, manipulate games, exploit software bugs, or gain an unfair advantage through technical means is a serious violation.
• Duplicate accounts: Registering or using more than one account to circumvent bonus limits, gain duplicate promotional advantages, or for any other reason is strictly prohibited.
• False information: Providing false identity information, using another person's payment method, or claiming an identity that is not your own.
• Account takeover: Accessing another member's nak99 account without authorisation — including those of family members — is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus abuse: Claiming bonuses dishonestly, including using different registration details for linked accounts, or placing bets strategically solely to fulfil rollover requirements without genuine risk (for example, simultaneously betting on opposing outcomes).
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any software, bots, automated scripts, or other technical means to automate gameplay or betting is strictly prohibited.

Closure upon member request: You may request closure of your nak99 account at any time by contacting nak99 support. Prior to closure, you may withdraw any eligible remaining balance (provided all rollover requirements have been met). Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.

Closure by nak99: Nak99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:

• There has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions
• There is suspicion of fraud or money laundering
• The member is found to have provided false information during registration
• The account is found to be held by an underage individual
• There is a requirement for legal compliance or a directive from the relevant authorities

Funds upon closure: For account closures requested by the member, eligible funds will be returned within 5 business days. For closures due to a terms violation, nak99 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all or part of the funds depending on the nature of the breach.

Nak99 provides its platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties or representations regarding the platform's suitability for any particular purpose.

• Nak99 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of game outcomes — whether from slots, table games, Live Casino, Sports Betting or any other game on the platform.
• Nak99 is not liable for any service disruptions arising from third-party infrastructure issues, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or extraordinary circumstances beyond nak99's control.
• Nak99 is not liable for any losses arising from a member's own negligence in maintaining the security of their account.
• Nak99's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

• Email to your registered address (for significant amendments)

Amendments will take effect within 7 days from the date the notice is given, unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the nak99 platform after the amendment's effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
