Nak99 was built with one core purpose – to deliver an online entertainment experience that is safe, transparent, and genuinely attuned to the needs of Malaysian players. From Johor to Sabah, we're here for you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Nak99 is more than just an entertainment platform – it is the result of a deep understanding of what Malaysian players truly want. We are not a foreign company attempting to enter the Malaysian market without grasping the local context. nak99 was built by a team that understands a football fan in Kedah has different needs from a badminton fan in Kuala Lumpur, and that a player who prefers Baccarat late at night after work has very different expectations from a slots player who plays during their lunch break.
Nak99's journey began with a simple question – why isn't there an online entertainment platform truly built for Malaysian players, rather than just translated from a foreign one? That question drove the founding of nak99. We wanted to build something that felt like it truly belonged – a Bahasa Melayu interface, Malay-speaking Live Casino dealers, payment methods every Malaysian already knows like Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow, and customer support you can chat with in your mother tongue without any awkwardness.
Today, nak99 offers over 500 games across slots, Live Casino, sports, lottery, and more. We partner with over 12 internationally certified game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, Microgaming, and SA Gaming, while maintaining our own live casino studio featuring professional Bahasa Malaysia-speaking dealers. All of this is supported by a robust technology infrastructure that ensures a seamless gaming experience across any device – whether smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
But more important than any of that is our commitment to fairness and transparency. Every slots game on nak99 uses an independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG). RTP percentages are publicly displayed for every game. Bonus terms and conditions are written in plain, unambiguous language. And when you win, your withdrawal is processed within 15 to 30 minutes – no excuses, no unreasonable delays.
Three pillars that underpin every decision we make at nak99.
Six key advantages that make nak99 a different kind of choice for Malaysian players.
Every step of nak99's journey has been about adding value to the Malaysian player experience.
Six operating principles that define how nak99 engages with players, partners, and the industry.
Nak99 believes that player trust is our most valuable asset — and it can be lost in an instant if we fail to stay consistent. Every operational decision we make is weighed against one question: does this build or erode our players' trust in us?
When there is a conflict between business interests and player interests, nak99 chooses the player. This applies to clear bonus terms, fair withdrawal decisions, and how we handle disputes – we believe that decisions which favour players are the best long-term business decisions.
No hidden fees, no deliberately obscure bonus terms designed to confuse, no withdrawal decisions delayed without clear reason. nak99 operates on the principle that if we're not comfortable explaining a procedure openly to our players, that procedure needs to change.
Nak99 consistently adds new features and new games – but our innovation isn't simply about looking "modern." Every addition must address a real need among Malaysian players. If it doesn't add value to the playing experience, it has no place being launched.
Nak99 takes its social responsibility in the entertainment industry seriously. We provide self-control tools, deposit limits, and loss limits to all players. Our support team is trained to identify signs of problem gaming and to respond with empathy and accountability.
Nak99 is a Malaysian platform, built for Malaysians. We take pride in our local identity – from the language we use to the sporting events we cover, from the payment methods we support to the way we celebrate Malaysian festivities alongside our player community.
Many players discover nak99 through just one section – perhaps they first signed up for a slots promotion, or because a friend mentioned the competitive football odds. But nak99 is in fact a full-suite entertainment platform covering all the major categories Malaysian players look for.
For slots fans, nak99 offers over 500 titles from the world's leading providers. From Gates of Olympus, which has become a phenomenon among Malaysian players, to Sweet Bonanza – renowned for its buy feature and wild multipliers – and Mahjong Ways 2, whose theme resonates closely with local culture. nak99's progressive jackpots keep growing and have already surpassed RM4 million, opening the door to life-changing wins.
For table game enthusiasts, nak99's Live Casino section delivers the closest experience to sitting at a real casino table – without leaving home. nak99's live studio features professionally trained Malay-speaking dealers, offering Baccarat, Blackjack, European Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, and Casino Hold'em Poker – all running 24 hours a day with uninterrupted HD video.
Nak99's sports section is among the most comprehensive in Malaysia, covering over 30 sports. Malaysia Super League, EPL, Champions League, BWF badminton, Mobile Legends MPL Malaysia e-sports, Formula 1, and much more – all with competitive odds updated in real time and live markets that let you bet while the action is happening.
Nak99 also offers lottery and number games that are popular among Malaysian players – from 4D to international lottery formats. And for more experienced members, the nak99 VIP Rewards program features eight membership tiers with increasingly exclusive benefits, including weekly cashback, higher withdrawal limits, access to VIP tables, and a personal account manager.
All of this is backed by a comprehensive payment system – nak99 accepts deposits and withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. No foreign payment methods requiring extra registration or currency conversion. Minimum deposit is RM20 for most categories, and a low minimum withdrawal means you can cash out small wins easily without having to accumulate a set amount first.
Meet the people who work hard every day to deliver the best experience for nak99 players.
This is the area nak99 takes most seriously – more seriously than the size of our game library, more seriously than our progressive jackpot value, more seriously than our membership growth rate. Because without a genuine commitment to Responsible Gaming, nothing else matters.
Nak99 believes that entertainment should stay as entertainment – it should never become a source of financial hardship, mental stress, or family problems. We understand that a platform like nak99, if not managed responsibly, can contribute to serious gambling-related issues. That is why we invest in self-control tools, team training, and policies that protect players who may be struggling.
The tools nak99 provides for every player include daily and weekly deposit limits that you can set yourself within your account, loss limits that will automatically stop your gaming session once the limit is reached, a cool-off period option ranging from a few days to several months, and a full self-exclusion option if you feel you need to step away completely for a longer period.
Nak99's support team is also trained to recognise signs of problem gaming and to respond with genuine empathy when such situations arise – not simply redirecting players to another website, but providing meaningful information and sincere support. If you or someone you know needs help with a gambling problem, we encourage you to call the helpline at 1800-82-0066 or visit our Responsible Gaming us for more information.
All the e-wallets and online banking options you already use in Malaysia – all accepted at nak99.
