- Aged 18 and above: The nak99 platform is strictly for adults. Registration by individuals under 18 years of age is prohibited, and any account found to be in violation of this condition will be closed immediately. nak99 conducts age verification as part of the KYC process.
- Malaysian Residents: nak99 serves players in Malaysia. You must use an active Malaysian phone number (+60) to complete OTP verification during registration.
- One account only: Each individual is only permitted to hold one nak99 account. Attempting to register multiple accounts – whether using the same or different details – is a serious violation of the Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being closed and funds forfeited.
- Accurate and truthful information: All information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false or misleading information – including using another person's name or identity card number – is a violation that will result in account closure.
- Payment method must be in your own name: All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method – whether Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow, or FPX – that is registered in your own name. Using another person's payment account is not permitted.
KYC Verification
Nak99 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time – particularly prior to your first withdrawal or for large withdrawal amounts. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad and bank statement. Completing the KYC process keeps your account secure and speeds up the processing of future withdrawals.
